Less than 15 days: No refund. Logistics and guides are finalized at this stage.
3. Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Events)
Boro7 provides a 100% refund (less fees) regardless of timeframe for:
- Dangerous events (travel restrictions, unusual epidemics, strikes, extreme weather).
- Ship unable to dock (for shore excursions).
- Flight cancellations with no other travel means.
- "Do Not Travel" advisory by US Dept of State issued after booking.
